The white walls of a gallery are often an incredibly rewarding context in which to fully appreciate a body of work in its entirety. The neutral, spacious and welcoming Priestman Gallery in the heart of Sunderland was the home for two weeks for this work in progress solo show, held as part of my Artist Futures Fund residency at The University of Sunderland.
