DALE HARDY
CAMP
Northumberland, 2019
My memories are most often single, isolated images in my mind, as opposed to moving scenes which make up more than a fleeting moment of recollection. And it is these often hazy images which offer me a gateway into past experiences and allow me to explore the time spent around this flash of memory. Below are a series of images which allow me the chance to expand upon what I remember about this camping trip with the real joy coming from the tiniest details like texture, shape and contrasts, prompting me to fill in the spaces which are not represented her.
